Complete transparency — every step from your first message through to handover and warranty.
Discovery & Inquiry
You reach out via website, WhatsApp, or referral. We ask for your project type, property type, rough dimensions, and inspiration images. Floor plan is ideal at this stage.
The more information you share upfront, the more accurate our first estimate will be.
Consultation & Site Visit
Our foreman visits your space — free of charge. We measure accurately, photograph site conditions, check wall types, ceiling heights, and existing fixtures. We discuss design ideas in person.
Be ready to share what you like (and don't like). The more specific, the better the outcome.
Design Discussion
We review your inspiration images and translate them into buildable designs. You choose materials, finish, and hardware. We can show physical material samples at our workshop.

Detailed Quotation
We produce a line-item quote covering materials, labour, hardware, transport, and finishing. No lump-sum surprises. Typically 1–2 revision rounds. Quote valid for 14 days.
Ask us to explain any line item — we're happy to walk through the breakdown.
Approval & Deposit
Once you approve the quote, you sign our agreement and pay 40% deposit. We lock in your production slot. Typical lead time: 4–8 weeks from deposit.
Payment structure: 40% deposit → 30% at workshop completion → 30% after installation.
Material Procurement
We generate a cutting list and order materials from our trusted suppliers in Defu Lane and Sungei Kadut. Standard materials: 3–5 days. Specialty orders: 2–4 weeks.
If you have a hard deadline (TOP, move-in date), tell us at inquiry so we can plan procurement.
Workshop Production
Cutting, assembly, edge-banding, hardware drilling, finishing, and QC against your design specs. You can visit the workshop to see progress.
We QC every piece before it leaves the workshop. Issues caught here cost nothing to fix.
Delivery & Installation
We coordinate condo management access if needed, arrange the lorry, and arrive with a full crew. On-site: levelling, scribing to walls, hardware adjustment, and cleanup.
Singapore walls are rarely perfectly flat or square — scribing is a skill, not a compromise.
Handover & Warranty
We walk you through every mechanism. You sign off on the handover checklist. 1-year workmanship warranty starts here.
Warranty: 12 months on all workmanship + manufacturer hardware warranty (Hafele/Blum/Hettich).
Post-Project
We follow up at 1 week, 1 month, and 6 months to check everything is perfect. Defect resolution within 5 business days. We also ask for a Google review if you're happy.
Referrals are how we grow. If you're happy, tell a friend — it's the biggest compliment.
FAQ
Common questions
How long does a project take?
Typical projects take 4–8 weeks from deposit to installation. Complex or large projects may take 8–12 weeks. Rush projects can sometimes be accommodated — ask us.
Do I need to have a designer?
No. That's the whole point. Bring your inspiration images, floor plan, and dimensions. We handle the rest. We can also recommend design directions based on your budget and space.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We fix it. All workmanship is covered under a 1-year warranty. We also do a pre-delivery QC at the workshop — you can visit to approve before we install.
Can I change the design after approval?
Minor changes (colour, handle style) are usually fine before production starts. Major changes after cutting has begun may incur additional costs. We'll always discuss this transparently first.
