When you submit a quote request or contact us, we may collect:

• Name, phone number, email address
• Property type and address
• Project details (type, dimensions, design notes)
• Photos you upload (floor plans, inspiration images, space photos)

We also collect non-personal data through cookies (see Section 7).

3. Purpose of Collection

We use your personal data to:

• Respond to your inquiry and prepare a quotation
• Schedule consultations and site visits
• Manage your project from design through installation
• Communicate updates about your project
• Improve our services and customer experience

We will not use your personal data for purposes other than those stated above without obtaining your consent.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, typically up to 3 years after your last interaction with us. Project records (including photos and measurements) are retained for up to 5 years after project completion for warranty and quality purposes. After these periods, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with:

• Our material suppliers — only project specifications, not your contact details
• Cloud service providers (Cloudinary for image storage, Supabase for database) — bound by their own data protection policies
• Government authorities when required by law

6. Your Rights Under the PDPA

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data
• Withdrawal — withdraw your consent for us to use your data (this may affect our ability to service your project)

Our website uses cookies to:
